I felt like I needed to write something about myself to maintain focus. About ten years ago I was at the weight I was when I started this diet, 255#. I was absolutely miserable. At the time I was the boss running a successful business. My employees and I were right, almost best friends, many of who had followed me from job to job as I climbed the ladder. When the suggestion was proposed that we had a company weight loss challenge everyone overweight signed up, that's the kind of crew I had all in doers, no one played the bench. I was all in, I joined a 24 hour gym, and met with a nutritionist, bought premade meals the whole bit. Some people only stayed in a month or so, but everyone was a success story. Myself and a female coworker both having the most to lose were the obvious ones to beat. As time went on my determination only grew stronger. (page 1)
106.6 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
