Hari ke-33 atur kalori yg dimakan tanpa olahraga... Alhamdulillah turun 1 kg.. Padahal nimbangnya siang ini, tadi pagi udah sarapan soto ayam plus sate telur puyuh plus tempe goreng 😅 tiap hari sarapan oatmeal, cuman minggu aja yg sarapan nasi hihi Alhamdulillah.. Celana-celana jeans ataupun celana kerja gak bikin pinggang sama perut seseg lagi 🤣 pelan tapi pasti insyaAllah
