Today is a new day. Have been doing boot camp for about 10 weeks. Have not lost any weight. After the first five weeks I lost 9 inches total from arms, chest, waist, hips and thigh area. However the weight does not want to come off. I know that I gaining muscel now, but it is so discouraging trying to lose weight. My goal was for my birthday to be donw to 150, but didn't accomplish that so now I am setting myself a new goal. I will first attempt to goto 160. Once I hit that mark, I will try to maintain it for a month or so and then set my goal for 155. Baby steps. I will continue to do boot camp for another 5 weeks so hopefully I can maintain the inches loss. We will se what this wednesday measurement will show.
