Akhirnya, setelah sempat naik jadi 78.7 kg (ini berat badan paling berat sepanjang hidup wkwk) sekarang udah nyentuh diangka ini. Tujuan sehat, bonus langsing😍
73.9 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
