155 and bloated from too much sugar last night.

got a nice 20 minute weight workout in with 40+ min of cardio at 130 bpm. before lunch today.

feel much better
70.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
