OK so my scales show a decline. The RC ones spewed me gaining! I will believe mine. It will be interesting this week to see what theirs say. Need to focus is 8 weeks to Christmas and I would like to lose a stone, actually to be in the 10 stone area on my scales would be great. I know that the cost you get to the target the harder it gets bit I am hoping to really get into exercise again.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
