BP: 126/81 BMI: 29.7 (Overweight)

The last few weeks have been terrible. I have been eating poorly and getting very little exercise due to the back issues. I know what the problems are if I can get motivated to do anything about it.
99.4 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
