Mindless is what I'm trying to break. This really does help. Tracking and confessing so to speak. Good job for starting again. It's only been 18 days for me. I thought it would be harder, but not so bad.

Us mindless eaters don’t eat cause we are hungry 🙃 we eat cause we can, and our body suffers the consequences 😰 our health too ☠️

Thanks for the support! Tracking and then not tracking led to success and relief (tracking actually works.) Also it compelled me to investigate what's behind the mindlessness/begged the question 'Why was it so easy to not give myself a second thought?'

Tracking absolutely works! Takes mindless out of the equation. I know that I'm just a hungry, hungry hippo who loves to eat. I need an adjustment to get out of that mindset. Takes time. Some days I know I have reached my RDI and am so hungry and/or want my old go's to's, I just power through any way I can. It's a battle and not an easy one. We will get there eventually. Wishes us all the perseverance and energy to get through.
