Well the bounce back occurred but I am still below my prior plateau level (217.4 - 219) so that is a positive. I will continue pushing through. Will write more later.
Update from the Afternoon:
SO the wind is blowing slightly and the bite to the air is here. Fall is upon this great city of mine and I love it. While I finally broke through the 217 mark, I need to stay focused. My goal is not 216, 210 or 200, its 180. I have started to walk more, to quicken my step, to climb stairs and other things to add more of a caloric deficit. It is working and I do feel stronger over all.
No thoughts for the day today, I will take a walk instead.
