Hola,

I am down in weight which is a good thing. Haven't charted in a long while (like 2 months or so). I have had a lot going on. I am back now though and will try to stay on track. I am following my own thing but love to gab with the ladies on this site, so if you all don't mind I will stay here on the Fat Smash Diet site. Looking forward to saying hi to all of you.
