Working two jobs, being sick, friend's divorce, more court dates and court paperwork for Alex - phew! It's been super hard to keep track of my food. But, now that I have TWO back problems that are causing me some often serious pain, losing weight is a good way to start taking care of some of that. I HAVE to get back to better eating and lose the 20-25 lbs I gained since having my hysterectomy in 2013! Mostly need to watch the sweets and carbs that have become too easy (again) to eat as filler or when bored.
