Well, I knew it was too good to be true ... I also know I shouldn’t weigh in every day, but curiosity overwhelms me every morning. So, I am going to try to exercise today and keep positive... two and a half pounds in a week is pretty damn good ... that patty melt and fries for dinner last night probably didn’t help matters, but it was delicious!
75.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
