MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY! The scale has started to move again after 10 days of plateuing again! I lost 3 Lbs in the last 5 days =)

FEELS GREAT!
170.1 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 70.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
