C'mon, scale! Keep dropping those numbers!! Yay! nice round number...cannot wait until it's in the 130's though. SO much closer to goal. But hell, as of today, that makes 30 lbs lost. Funny thing is, nearly half of it in the last 6 1/2 weeks. Started this journey nearly 26 1/2 weeks ago - 6 whole months of damn consistent dieting and exercising, for the most part. That's 11 1/2 lbs in the time I've been on the thyroid meds - not quite two pounds a week, but I did go to CA for 8 days and eat, drink and not exercise. Whoo-hoo! It's SO working! I feel like - how can I NOT reach goal weight when this works?!! :D I'm so excited about this and about really, actually being able to weigh what I should weigh and to be able to wear clothes that look good.
