Setelah off seminggu dengan jadwal amburadul, makan gak ada yg sehat, no buah dan no sayur, laper makan roti, klo gak gitu beli nasi ayam tahu tempe goreng, alhasil melonjak sudah berat badan 😂😂
102.5 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
