Well I wasn't expecting a loss today since I broke my fast yesterday. Although I still had almost no carbs so that is probably why. My kids were sick and I didn't have any salad makings in the house. After I had all that protin for breakfast I wasn't all that hungry the rest of the day. It is amazing what 400 calories can do for you! I felt human! I did start to get my appitie back around bedtime but I didn't want to eat to much before bed.

I forgot to add this makes for a 20# loss!!!!!! 20.6! I'm sure it will go back up a little but it's nice to see. With todays loss I have a couple (2.1lbs) to play with and still not go back above my last mini goal. I think I'll need that with TOM on it's way.

Also I finally had a leg cramp free night! Yesterday I drank three cups of chicken broth instead of my usual two. I also took a bath with epsom salt. I'm not sure which did but oh the relief! I have had leg cramps every night for about three months. Plus I'd like to find something so that I can stop taking all those supplements. Synthtic supplements are not ideal.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
