BP: 144/89 BMI: 29.5 (Overweight)

I have been eating out way too much. The back injury and traveling are not helping. I wasn't able to enjoy Tsali like I wanted to due to limited range and coddling my back. However, I'm injury free and still improving.
98.8 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
