Im back from my 2 weeks work on the road, I took with me a swag of protein bars, fruit, tuna, baked beans and breakfast cereal. Every third day I stopped at a supermarket to top up on salads, meat and fruit to top up the fridge. All evening meals were lean meat and veg or tuna salad when no kitchen was available. No junk food was consumed. Overall a great result over the last 2 weeks, as my goal was weight maintenance and in the end I dropped another 1kg in weight. I got home last night and done 45 mins on the bike this morning on extreme hill program. No alcohol for 5 weeks (6 month goal) Happy Days
