Good workout 50 minutes on SPINNER at 130 BPM Should have burned between 500-550 calories.


Holding some water as last night couldn't sleep and ended up eating rice cakes and 2 bowls of cereal.

Try to run another 4 miles tomorrow 5am????? Will I be up for it???



Will be back on weight track tomorrow i'm sure!!!!

72.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
