Just got back from vacation which included tons of red meat, BBQ, and tequila. Expected to gain a ton of weight and had planned on it. Ended up only gaining 2 pounds so I am pretty proud of myself. Back on track today though. Might not make it to the gym due to the busy back to work schedule but I atleast have softball tonight.
