Well, I'm glad I ate healthily all weekend and made good choices but I think now I have to really watch portion sizes. Or else exercise consistently. I was never overly hungry and I did have a couple of glasses of wonderful cabernet sauvignon at my sister's place while we watched THE SECRET and chatted Saturday night. No junk food, though. BUT, whoever said that Chocolate Cheesecake was SB phase 1 friendly...!? I'll have to go back and check that one! Yes it is fabulous but I should have waited for at least phase 2 to indulge. Now I have at least 3/4 of a great chocolate masterpiece in my fridge, the kids are at school, husband's at work and it's calling to me. Hopefully I'll only sample it once! I only used half the amound of Splenda and it was still fantastic (I love dark, dark chocolate) No weight loss to report but I am retaining water right now so..... next time.
