Yeah! Finally a loss. Let's hope I can sustain it. As I have mostly been at a standstill since Thanksgiving. Trying to keep away from the sweets and I wanted to see improvement for the New Year. Have a good weekend all.
87.0 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
