I find that is HALF the battle in losing weight! If you'd like to join us for our "Daily Accountability 2019-#4" Challenge, it begins on Monday. Each day, you'll report on whether you "Bite-It-Write-It," as well as several other mini-goals which you can pick and choose from, including Net Carbs 30g or less, Fiber 20g+, Fat 60%+, Water 48-oz+, Exercise more than you "usually" do!
