i am officially 82 pounds! gained 2 pounds in 2 days! today for dinner i had a plate full of potato wedges, caesar salad, roast beef, slice of bread with butter, and some almond milk, and went back for seconds!! i kept eating even when i was super full. i also had a chocolate chip cookie and ice cream, and i know it is not healthy but at the moment of eating it all i was thinking was "i deserved this" and "i need to gain weight." i did do a little bit of exercise but only squats, lunges, pushups: weight gain/muscle exercises. all i can say is i am proud of myself, but i am not done this journey yet. my goal is to reach 91.5, so i still have 9.5 pounds left to go💪🏻❤️
