The weight spike from the over-eating weekend has passed. Now to work on losing what I actually gained from my choices of poor calories; calories lacking in nutritional value.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
