I am wierded out about this weigh in. I have been killing it in the gym. 1 hour sessions from Sat to wed and then last night and again this morning. And not pilates. Step class, weight training, hardcore stuff. And a gain. I have eaten well bar Wed when i had some wine. I can feel that my body is feeling tighter and leaner but not on the scale? Just a bummer not to see it on the scale. Perhaps i need to measure as well.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
