Stayed at the same weight....I feel like I am doing well watching what I eat with minimal setbacks. (Friday didn't go wonderfully...but I think the rest of my days have gone all right) But it's always discouraging to not see the scale budge. Will be working out more this week, as I won't be as busy with job applicatons. But this weekend will be a challenge. We are going out to a friends house...where the main activities are eating and drinking. That will be tough hopefully I will find a way to watch portions and still eat what I want to.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When I am in that situation, I try to peruse all the food and then pick the 3 things I want the most. The stuff that looks "eh" I don't have. Also, try to fill your plate with salad and fruit. Then you don't have alot of room left for other stuff and you won't be as hungry. With drinks, I try to drink water or diet soda in between alcoholic drinks. Good luck and have fun!
