@deya leony ak sih ga pernah terlalu mikirin pas lg plateau, tiba2 cek timbangan udh turun aja... Yg jelas makan 20-30% dibawah TDEE (kalau masih sejumlah bmr hrs ditambah smpai mencapai target kalori), kurangi minyak2an & gula, dan tambah kardio 15-20 menit setelah latihan beban 1 minggu 2-3x...
