Its a good thing I record everything I eat in the notebook I keep.
Just could not get on site yesterday,not the fault of the site but the
server.I had a hard time this am too.

Beautiful walk this morning,typical weather for Fl,typical sunrise.

I will be making another adjustment on my program. There are so many variables I have to consider.I take too many meds as far as I'm concern,have a extremely slow thyroid and I'm older so all of this does effect how I lose weight. These are not excuses just pure fact.

So with that said I will post food tomorrow,haven't decided which direction I will take. Its going to be an experiment again.

I want to take a good look on what I did the pass two weeks and go from there.Its my belief if I share it helps others.I will do that
after I figure whats best for me.

Good morning to you and wonderful job the early walk. I know you will be able to find what is going to work for you. I believe the most important thing for us to do following Atkins is making the constant changes that will allow for optimal weight loss. What worked yesterday wont work for you always. As we lose, our requirements change and we have to keep working at it. You'll find what will work.
