Starting with fat burning soup for my first week of getting back in shape. Think I'll do one week on and one week off to practice maintenance at the same time. This time I have a neighbour Gung Ho to do this with me so that will go a long way. Big Trial is going to be the chicken cordon blue that I'll be cooking for husband while I dig into my fruit selections! He may lose some weight just because I won't be baking all his goodies while I do this. Yippee!!
