I started 2 weeks ago today on Atkins. Lost only 2 and a half pounds in 2 weeks. I need help! I havent ate a bite of anything I shouldnt

Dort, I am sure some of us would be more than willing to help you. Since you haven't entered any of your foods here you are going to need to tell us what you are eating.

If you can even enter your foods from the last few days and continue to log everything you eat, maybe we can figure what is going on.

This morning I had 3 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, some sauted onions,mushrooms, califlower, cheese, 2 cups of coffee, 1 oz. half & half
