Caguei na minha alimentação e no meu treino durante a época de festas! Sequer treinei naa últimas duas semanas, e o resultado foi voltar para os 69kg hahahaa sem pânico, voltarei para a minha rotina e pretendo levar mais a sério meus treinos!
