Good morning to all

good weigh-in and good workout this morning.

50 Minutes on the elliptical at around 130 bpm; not bad for a man in his 40s who didn't want to get out of bed.

4000 to start day

Ate my fun ice-cream and pb with some trailmix to the count of 2500 cals.

4000+2500=6500 minus 4000 = 2500 carryover



69.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
