Back from spending a week at Christmas with my daughter. I tried not to overeat. So in my regular weigh in day, OMG, I had a small loss. Wonderful! Unexpected but I will take any kind of loss. In telling my daughter, she says, Oh you are probably dehydrated. 😟 She just bust my bubble! Oh well. We will see what next week brings. Wishing all FS followers a Healthy and happy New Year!
