Lost some of what I gained Thanksgiving week. And a NSV, my slacks are getting longer as I lost some stomack, hip\fat. Lost an inch on the boobs. I could have kept that. Oh well. Now I need to quit sneaking in hazelnut chocolate candies. Eating sugary deserts caused me to crave deserts and candy. But I am happy that I had a loss this week.
