Hi All y'all. I'm inspired by my buddy Carl Franklin over at 2KetoDudes to try this ketogenic thing. It's not going quickly, but it is going. I don't care if I lose a pound a week or a pound a month, as long as it goes. Supper tonight was a broccoli and bacon fritata. Best wishes to everyone.
