Time for a break. Meeting with a trainer to review my current workout plan this week, so before he starts me on something new, I'm taking a recovery week.
Nothing but food and relaxation. Next Monday starts the intensity again! 💪
I'm just glad he's not one of those chicken and rice only guys or I'd go nuts!

PT at my old gym is chicken and rice guy. I'm a lot leaner than him with pizza and ice cream. I used to be chicken and rice guy. I was sad and chubbier then, lol! Glad it's all behind me. Enjoy the recovery week, I'll try not to post any pics at the gym to make you jelly. :P

That is great! I also would need a trainer at the gym if I go one day, ( just not help needed with my meals because I don't even follow my own rules) it's not your case , I know that you are very disciplined 👌😏

Yes, that was me for a good 10 years. That is why I have a great hate for it now. I feel like I wasted all of those years struggling for no good reason. I am now in my best shape with flexible dieting.

But you did keto which I find even worse for my tastes. It comes down to personal preference. Trust me I was never one to avoid sodium so it wasn't totally bland just nowhere near as good as I have it now. 😊
