What has gotten into me?? I have been not recording my daily journal, so I am sure I am eating too much without noticing...but I am making conscientious decisions about food, and exercising 4 days a week - AND I have gained 4 kilos?? =( Stress about life coupled with stress about weight is making me want to eat everything, but I am not. I am drinking more coffee and closing the refrigerator door without taking anything out when I realize suddenly I standing in front of it - why is my weight just skyrocketing? =( I'm very discouraged about it today.
