Down another pound this morning. It's working so far. I didn't drink enough water yesterday, so I will make this a focus today. At least six to eight (8 ounce cups). I've got 71 lbs to go!
98.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
