After reading the obisity code, I am following the intermediate fasting. I alter every other day with fasting 24 hours and the next day 18. So that means one day I eat once and the next I eat twice.

I read it as well. Some good ideas in there.
For me a wider window of 4-8 hours seems to work well. But I like this system. Hope it works well for you too.
Remember that it is easier to fast once you are fat adapted (stayed in ketosis for a number of weeks)
