I had a tough stressful week but got back on track and was able to lose one pound. I feel better today and have been exercising. Walking only right now. I need to get more flexible so I'm going to start doing yoga again to help with stress and flexibility.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
