I do not want to be at this weight. I feel like I can not start an excerise program now due to my surgery next week. Need to find a way to lose weight while I am down.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there - perhaps right now is not the time to worry about diet and exercise but to stay positive and focused on your surgery. Think happy thoughts for a speedy recovery...you can do the weight loss thing after. :-) You are in my thoughts...let us know how things go for you!!!

Thanks for all the good thoughts brought my way! Been watching what I eat this week. I even been walking with my four legged excerise partner too. I think if I just keep watching what I eat durning my down time after my surgery. I might be okay. Thanks again!
