ate 3000 cals of peanutbutter and honey with peanuts etc. at midnight snack. so likely much of the gain is simply water/salt bloating from carb extra food intake.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
