There were times in my life I was resigned to weighing 221 forever. In fact, I honestly never thought I'd see 195 again, let alone 185.5. This is exciting, but also scary, as I discover what I'm capable of and excuses start to fall away... primarily because now I might be forced to apply this confidence to other areas of my life as well - and yes, that can be very scary!
