Ok. Something's making this weight stay on. Very stubborn. I got results from labs. Exciting! Positivity all around. A1c down so far I'm not even considered pre diabetic any longer. Total chol down. Hdl up. Ldl way down. Triglycerides normal. I am writing everything on paper now. Hopefully if I have it on paper, I may be able to see a pattern of whatever is causing these stalls. Have eliminated cheese, will see if that makes a difference. Please The Powers That Be...don't take away my Coffee! Stepping up my cardio. Have been mixing it up with cardio and resistance. Will do more cardio. Thanksgiving not a big concern for me, as the Weight is not going anywhere anyway.
