HELP!!!! I keep derailing and cheating I could really use some words of encouragement or maybe what I really need is everyone to give me heck
125.6 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Look at how AWESOME you have done so far! You didn't get there by caving to cravings, just remember your goal, I know it's hard to be so strict but instead of eat, go outside! Or do some cleaning, eat some gum... Do anything to distract yourself! Do not find yourself in the kitchen opening cupboards... Just look at how awesome you've done, remember that!!

I agree with jwebber44. You have done amazingly well. It is not easy but it has to become a lifestyle change. If it is just a diet, then you will not be able to maintain the loss. Take each day as it comes and say I will be good for today. Taking it one day at a time, just like making smaller goals, makes it easier. At the end of the day, assess what you did well and where you slipped up. What could you have done better. e.g. I could have gone for a walk on the day I went into the cupboard and had those 5 cookies calling my name. If you analyze what you could have done differently, you may make a better choice the next day. Remember how far you have come. You don't want all that hard work to be for nothing. Hang in there. I know that you can do it.

You are doing awesome! Just look at that pair of pants you used to wear before jumping on the weightloss wagon. This is not an easy journey, but it is one that many of us need to be on in order to become more healthy and around for many more years. Just take one day at a time.
