thought i would be down a couple of lbs since i had a sugar feast on saturday 6/12/2010. 3000 calories over on cookies, coolwhip with peanut butter, icecream, chili/frito pie, and some other extras.

lots of water weight put me at 162 then doen to 160 then 159. thought i would be back down but not yet.

having some sugar cravings today 6/14/2010, but so far so good. will keep my focus on the fun day at end of week if i can make it that far.

72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
