I ate late last night and have been having some stress and emotional issues dealing with loss/death of loved ones. I feel a little more in control today and am in less pain from Sciatica and feel hopeful. Actually, I feel more hopeful than I have in the past week.

I’m so sorry you lost a loved one. That’s so hard.🥺 I’ve lost almost my entire family, so I def know your pain.😢 So said you are late last night b/c of your emotions and the back/hip pain you’re having. If it make you feel better I ate a huge bowl of Blue Bell rainbow sherbet....just because. I’m waiting for the weight to show up on the scale.😬 I guess my point is, don’t beat yourself up. At least you had excuses for your late night eating. Hang in there.🤗

Correction #1.... So you said you ate late last night..... Correction #2.... If it makes you feel...... Correction #3...... Last night I ate a bowl of sherbet.... Geez!! I really should have proof read my comment before I sent it. 🙄
