So here I am inching towards my goal. I love it!

I am so pleased with my abs! One thing I have been able to stick with from the p90x videos is the yoga and the abs each day with my hubby. Both kick my rear and are doing all the things I need. I am still on a hiatus from the treadmill but I feel I am almost ready to resume my tennis obsession which adds a good 2-4 hrs a day. THAT should do it!

54.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
