Straight back into a low (1,200) calorie day, which was just what I needed. I was so busy at work, I didn't even feel hungry. I was absolutely exhausted yesterday (why I didn't take an extra day off to recover I don't know!) and still haven't managed to sort out all our photos, but here's one that shows off most of my beautiful new handbag! (This is from our day out at the Cotswolds Wildlife Park, and that is a very tired Finlay!!) Anyway, despite being tired out, I forced myself do my scheduled 20 minute Dyna-Band workout at around 9:30pm, and felt much better for doing it! Happy Wednesday from a very, very rainy Southampton!! :)

Yay, fantastic work already, so great work and well done for mustering up the energy to conquer Dyna-Band at that late hour of the day!
